Yes, students, researchers, academicians, professionals are eligible to participate in the conference.
Is this a one day or three-day conference?
This is a three-day conference, with optional city day tour on the fourth day.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception?
All the attendees are invited to attend the Welcome Reception. Welcome reception is included with your registration.
Are there Credit points in attending this conference?
Yes, there are credit points as paper or poster presenter and attendee for the conference. However, this may depend on the school or organization’s evaluation guidelines
Will I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, all the registered participants that include paper presenters as well as listeners will receive certificates of participation.
Can you sponsor our travel and accommodation?
Sponsorship for travel and accommodation of the participants is not available for this conference. However, we can provide details for travel and accommodation which should be shouldered by the participants.
Can I attend or present in the conference without paying a registration fee?
No, registration fee is mandatory for any participant to attend or present in the parallel session of the conference.
Will my article be published in any medium after this conference?
Yes, all the registered articles will be published in the Conference Proceeding book that will be registered with ISBN.
What is the difference between abstract and full paper?
An abstract is a summarized version of a full research paper usually which is less than 500 words in length that contains the overview of the problem, subjects, method/s, findings and conclusion. A full paper is the complete research work of a publishable article usually about 8 to 10 pages in length.
If my article has been already published, is it still possible to submit it for this conference and present my article?
Yes, you can submit your abstract to this conference and present your article, even if it is already published.
Can Co-author of the paper present the work?
The co-author is allowed to present the work provided there is consent from the main author.
Can I register online?
Yes, you can register online.
Can you provide me with the invitation letter?
Yes, an official invitation letter in the conference letterhead will be issued once your registration process (Payment process) is successfully completed.
Where is the specific venue in Zamboanga City for the conference?
