Poster Technical Guidelines

  • The recommended poster size is 3 feet by 4 feet (36 inches by 48 inches).
  • Font sizes: Title: 85pt, Authors: 56pt, Sub-headings: 36pt, Body text: 24pt, and Captions: 18pt
  • The poster contains abstract, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusion and acknowledgement
  • Be sure to include the title, author and co-author names, and their affiliation(s).
  • Place the corresponding author’s e-mail address, phone, and fax numbers in the lower left corner of the poster.
  • Do not use a different font style to highlight important points.
  • Do not use all UPPER CASE type in your posters.
  • Use the bold face or italics or combinations to emphasize words and phrases.
  • Left-align text. Using fully justified text will create large gaps between some words and make it difficult to read.
  • Submit your poster in .pdf and .jpg format.
